Wellington City Council win 2017 ALGIM Information & Records Management Project of the Year award
After taking on support of the Council’s OpenText Content Server system (TROVE) in 2016, Techtonics have been working with the Council to improve the way that staff work with Trove. The team embarked on a Project to improve the way that the Council Archives team could both access information and provide a better quality of service to their customers. As a result of a collaborative team approach the Council has been able to deliver a very successful project that has been recognised as the 2017 ALGIM Information & Records Management Project of the Year.
The ALGIM assessment of the Council project covered four categories:
- Benefits – How the project provided to the organisations vision and strategic direction
- Innovation – How the project delivered innovation through requirements and technology
- Project Management - Excellence in Project Management and stakeholder communication
- Success and Effectiveness – Cost savings and adherance to the Public Records Act (2005)
